Theirs not to reason why,
Forward,
the Light Brigade!"
Was there a man dismay'd?
Not tho' the soldier knew
Someone had blunder'd:
Theirs not to make reply,
Theirs not to reason why,
Theirs but to do and die:
Into the valley of Death
Rode the six hundred

“The
charge of the light brigade “
Alfred, Lord Tennyson
Our truant prince is
back and in the best of time election a few days back in Bengal and Punjab ,Malda quietly tucked away behind silent media
,TMC blockade and public amnesia,Modi getting his credibility transfigured by yours peacefull neighbor. Then
to top it all is the Gajendra Singh moment the sucide of the dalit. Dadri got
Bihar Rohith might get Bengal considering there is a fresh alliance on the
horizon with guess who ? the CPI(M).
Politics is to be played
over bodies proving once and for all that no bridge is too high or price too
big for getting to power.Cyncisim is the
order of the day however one
feels sorry for the sucide bomber for exactly what he will be reduced to.Like
with Gajendra an stunt gone wrong or in the case of Rohith a case of misguided
zeal taken too far he will be debated on tv ,lionized in headlines and stretched
to connect hindu Zionism plot holes. All so that secular credentials live to fight another day.
Hard not to sneer but then these are fellow Indians sacrificed
on the altar of politics. That’s even before the cause of his suicide is out of
the open reported and distorted to fit the stereotypes. The truth my friends we
will now never know.He is already the martyr a minority of politicians nedded
and true or not that’s all he will ever be.
However at the end of the day Rohith will be dead and
nothing will fill his absence for his friends and family.India is turning a new
path for better or worse age old macauly –marx education system are slowly
being questioned on merits of idolizing lost ideas at the cost of at cost of Indian
culture ,so are governments with social revolution thought and nothing
tangible else. Change is the only constant and we are seeing the effects.
Hence politics of rehotric and chauvinism are slowly dying
their natural death .However the soon to
be orphans are propping it up on the lives of scapegoats.Worse as a country we
are swallowed into the tragedy of using death as a drama for headlines.Should
some one not condem it. Many are rusticated for much lesser crime than
spreading hatred like”har ghar se Yakub niklega “ and most don’t take the extreme step.Groomed in
the fertilizer of so called oppression and watered by the chauvinism of
correcting historic wrongs he like
others had to escalate a case of juvenile college politics to the higher stage
at the price of his own life.Should he been allowed the luxury of thought that
things are way different and times have changed a long time back.Sucide need
not be salivation any more. That idea is no longer relevant or appriciated.Sadly
nothing to get the eyeballs other than the corpse of a a research fellow of a particular
community.
I would say too that
this is not exactly a suicide more of a murder and “pro bono” who benefits.
Shouldn’t the leftist leaders taken their class battle
somewhere else other than the campus of an university.Shouldent the terrorism promoters
find someone else to raise their begger all sense slogans .Guess not.
"Liberty is a bitch who must be bedded on a mattress of
corpses." As per the French revolutionary Louis-Antoine St. Just,.Should
our liberties and justices be churned from
death.Like the French reign of terror the spectacles have to be gut
wrenching and worth dying for to be relevant .
How much corpses till Rahul and his elk are back in their scam funded palaces that’s one
countdown we could have done without on
national media. Then again sucide bombers sensationalizing lost causes for
fifteen minutes of tv headline fame that’s primetime or showtime for India
nowadays.
